ASSAMBA drives sustainability through key initiatives: a €15,000 PACJA grant to expand bamboo by 10 hectares, an €18,000 Merz Foundation project to rehabilitate 16 hectares, and a €120,000 DAAD grant to develop a bamboo-focused curriculum with global partners.
ASSAMBA has trained 40 farmers and over 150 participants in bamboo cultivation, production, and sustainable practices, promoting self-sufficiency in local communities.
